Partners in Serving the Northeast

As an integral part of the New England and New York energy network, the Global Newburgh/New Windsor Complex is a hub for the safe delivery, storage and distribution of energy products. Global Partners’ Newburgh/New Windsor Complex consists of four distinct terminals: Newburgh, Newburgh North, Newburgh South and Newburgh Cargo.

Our work here helps fuel homes, vehicles and the local economy of the Northeast and mid-Atlantic regions.

Cargo Terminal Air Permit

Global Partners is renewing our air permit for our Newburgh Cargo Terminal. As part of this effort, we are proposing some changes that will reduce air emissions and greenhouse gas emissions and adjust the facility’s annual volume of petroleum and related products. For more information, visit our Newburgh Cargo Terminal Air Permit Page.

Newburgh-North Terminals Air Permit

Global Partners is proposing some changes to two of our Newburgh terminals that will increase renewable fuel availability across the Northeast and connect our Newburgh and Newburgh North terminals under one permit. As we move forward, we look forward to working with the community and the Department of Environmental Conservation. For more information, visit our Newburgh-North Permit Renewal Modification Page.
